how to recover accidently deleted ICloud account

Hope any one could help me;

I have accidentally deleted one phone from my Icloud account by mistake,I am desperately looking for help to recover the account as the contacts and messages is there any way i can recover the account, is there any way i recover the files from the phone directly .

i have tried lots of software , the most of them recovers form the Itune or I cloud where the phone data does not exist.

any help appreciated

Sorry, but if there are no more backups for this phone listed in your iCloud account when you set up the phone again with the same Apple ID and password, your info is gone.

If you ever backed up to iTunes on your computer, check iTunes/Edit/Preferences/Devices and see if there are any backups listed that you can use to restore from.

You can not delete an iCloud account, so just sign the phone back into the account. Everything in the account is still in the account.
