When I go to icloud, and mail, his email address shows up. He decided to sign in on my ipad mini to play his games and chat with his friends and now I'm stuck with it. Any suggestions?

Go to Settings>iCloud and click 'Delete account'. (On a Mac go to System Preferences>iCloud and click 'Sign Out'.
If he has also set up 'Find my iPhone' you will need the password to turn this off and then sign out.
All I can do is sign out and sign back in again. There isn't a delete option in iOS 8.3 that I can see. And I've tried that, but it doesn't work. When I go back to "Advanced" and "Mail", it still shows up. It's greyed out so I cannot change it.
Whether it says 'Delete Account' or 'Sign out' you should be able to click that to disengage from the account and then enter the username and password for the new account.
I have the same problem , it asks you the password , do not have the password
Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. My 12 year old son setup an icloud account and I can't seem to sign out of it. How do I rid myself of his account on my devices?
