My Iphone 5s reset itself and permanently erase all of its contents (Apps, music, photos e.t.c) without my desire to do so.I have experienced i have undergone this bug for the second time. I would like to know why it does so and how to fix or go about it.

To make sure that this is not software related, set it back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterwards. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the phone. If it still does not work correctly, this might be a hardware issue and the phone has to be serviced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider:

Hi Go to settings Restore to Factory Settings After Restore use the same Apple ID / Password Then you should get all your Apps & data back . This Restore will get rid of any bugs . Cheers Brian
