Frequent location is not working on iOS 8.3

Hi,

Frequent location has stopped working on my iPhone to notify me in Notification center how long it will take me to get to work in the morning and the same to return home in the evening.

I have it switched on, but it no longer appears in Notification center.

Has anyone else had this issue and solved it please?
