Emails show on envelope but is blank when you click email button,

Double tap the home button & if you see a window for the email app, swipe it up to close. Try opening the Mail app now.

If that doesn't work, try resetting the iPad by holding down the home & sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears then let go & let the iPad boot up normally, Again, try opening the mail app.

Close the mail app completely and reset the iPad. No data will be lost.

Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps. Swipe left to find the app you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

To reset the device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

After the iPad restarts, try mail again.
