Cannot airdrop anything from iPhone to my mac! (iOS 8.3 issue)

Let's cut to the chase, I can airdrop anything from mac to iPhone but my phone doesn't even recognize my mac. Since updating my iPhone to iOS 8.3, performance of airdrop became extremely slow (when searching for nearby devices), and now my phone won't airdrop any photos or files to many iDevices and especially my mac!

Yes, the problem occurred right after I updated my phone to version 8.3 (no such issue with 8.0 till 8.2).

Yes, I've checked that all iDevices I encountered were all compatible with AirDrop.

Yes, I've tried soft resets, airplane mode, turning airdrop on and off on my phone.

Yes, bluetooth and wifi are turned on for both devices (AirDrop is set to share with "Everyone").

Yes, my mac has the latest update of Yosemite (10.10.3) [or is it an OS X issue????]

My devices: iPhone 6 + MacBook Pro (mid-2012).

Or! I may have missed something in Settings??
