unread emails issue at iphone

I have created exchange email account of my business id, most often I read my mails at laptop but when I checked these mails at my apple iphone 5s, it shows them still unread, is there any method to keep read or unread emails sync on my pc and iphone at the same time?

I mean the number of unread emails at pc should be same at iphone.
