i am not able to connect my i phone 6 to laptop with itunes

Hey Team

I am user of I phone 6 16 GB and my operating system is ios 8.1.3

Now my question is that i have download and installed itunes version 12.1.2.27 from your website, but whenever i am connecting my I phone 6 to laptop with itunes, i am getting error Like this "Check online for solution and close the program"...

So its my request to you please guide what i have to do???
