not able to sync contact of iPhone 5 & 6

i am using iPhone 5 & 6 plus . I was able to sync contact between iPhone 5 to 6 plus vice versa . When I updated any new contact it was reflect in another iPhone .

since iOS 8.2 upgrade it stops sync .

i Have check iCloud setting , contact is ON in iCloud. Still not able to sync.

if any one has solution pl guide .
