How do I leave Family Sharing from iTunes for Windows?

All the documentation I found involves iTunes for iOS 8 or Yosemite. I have a Windows 7 computer on my lap and a pre-Yosemite Mac across the room, so this doesn't help me. And, as far as I can tell, there's no convenient place on the Apple Store website to adjust payment settings on an iTunes account.
