Upgrade iphone 5 ios to 8.3 version
when i try to upgrade my IOS to 8.3 and when i press agree terms and conditions then it goes / terminate the windows

If the terms of service are closing on their own when trying to update to iOS 8.3 on your iPhone, then I'd like you to try updating your iPhone by using the other update method than what you're using. If you're using iTunes to update, then try Wi-Fi, and vice versa.
