About EU Internet

Dears,

I'm living in the European Union where mobile Internet costs are quite expensive, even more if you're moving abroad and have to use roaming rates.

I've noticed in the cellular settings of my iPhone, when activating Data Roaming, a button to activate EU Internet.

Can one tell me if he has experience with it and which provider(s) I could register to ?
