Male VoiceOver instead of Female VoiceOver

Hi!

I would just like to ask how can I change the voice of my iPod Shuffle 4th Generation from female to Male?

Can you include the step by step process?

I'm using Windows 8.1, and I'm running the latest iTunes version.
