I got a call from 852800521 regarding my job application at Apple - is it a legit number?

Hello everyone,

I have applied for the Apple Store Leader Program (ASLP) in the UAE.

Despite having booked a timing at their website tomorrow, I got a call from a number "+852800521". Is that an actual Apple number? Or is it some scammer?

The caller seemed to know about my job application in the company and said they're calling from Apple Retail London.

Please confirm the validity of this number, guys.

That number is a scam. Do not call it. You can actually Google that number and see how many times it comes up as a scam.

thanks a lot. i won't pickup calls from that number again.

is there a way to find out apple's original number they will call me with?
