itunes cannot backup iphone because an error occurred. i done every thing, on apple support manual, and restarting, reset my iphone.. it seem i can backup my ipad.. please help.... i cant back up my iphone on my icloud too...

I have the same issue, so what i did , since the 8.2 i still signed i downgraded the iphone to 8.2 and now
i can again do backups of the iphone .
This is the second big issue i have with the 8.3, first was the native mail client which could not connect
to mail server from time to time ...
itunes cannot backup iphone because an error occurred. i done every thing, on apple support manual, and restarting, reset my iphone.. it seem i can back my ipad.. please help
