Adding 13x19 paper option to iPhoto 9.5.1

I am trying to print a 12x16 picture on my HP Photojet 7612 printer but iPhoto larges paper size option is 11x14. my printer DOES support that paper size. I am using OS X 10.9.5, iMac. How can I add that paper size option?
