iPad randomly shutting down / restarting

my ipad4 is randomly shutting down / restarting, I THINK since the 8.2 or 8.3 update. I haven't had it long but it seems to be a common issue with the current iOS version? i used iTunes to recover it, which seemed to work for a few days but it's started happening again. When are we likely to see a fix for this issue?

It isn't a common probllem with the current iOS version.

Try restoring to Factory Settings:

Restore: Connect your device to iTunes on your computer, backup, and then select Restore to Factory.
