Sharing Macbook Pro wifi connected internet to iPhone via usb or bluetooth

I have read some similar question asked but there have yet a satisfactory answer.

My question is simple: how to sharing Macbook Pro wifi connected internet to iPhone via usb or bluetooth?

I need a direct answer to the above question.

I do not need alternative solutions. Also, don't questioning why I need to do so - because of international traveling, poor wifi for phone to get on internet etc. .

The above is my only option - hope you have answer for it - I got Mac connected with WIFI. I need internet on my iphone (but it could not get on the same public wifi) so I need to get iphone connected via Mac's wifi.
