Macbook pro frozen. Recorded message regarding possible phishing site and virus on computer. Call 647-360-4442. Number is in Ontario, Canada. Did not sound legit so I hung up. How do I unfreeze computer? Am I hacked?

yes. i know. I can't believe I called it. googled the number and there haven't been any reports about it. Turned it off last night and message still there when i started it this morning.
If this is Safari, quit it and reopen it holding the SHIFT key down.
