Apr 26, 2015 8:19 AM in response to sakuiradby fjwhiston,This is more of the dreadful EE customer service that we hear so much about. You could try taking it into an EE shop, and asking the staff to unlock it for you via their link to customer services, and that way you get to try the phone unlocked before you leave the store. May be worth a try.

Apr 26, 2015 9:31 AM in response to Csound1by sakuirad,I called costumer services and they said that they reached with apple to unlock my iphone. Apple has to send code or something to my iphone to unlock it. So maybe its problem with apple servers.

Yes. it is possible that if a phone had been previously hacked to provide unlocking, it may now become impossible to unlock legitimately.

Apr 26, 2015 10:27 AM in response to stedman1by Csound1,It is also possible that EE failed to correctly unlock it. EE is the worst of the UK companies, awful customer service and barely trained support techs. (they may also be described as 'barely there')
fjwhistons reply is the best suggestion.
