Hello!
Since yesterday I'm not able to open any keynote files previously saved.
I'm running the latest version 6.5.3 on 10.10.3
Even if I create a new file and save it and then close it. I'm unsuccessful to open it.
Any idea what I could do to solve this problem. Need to work on a presentation since yesterday and no luck.

Similar issue. As of this morning I can't open keynote files on the laptop. They still open on the iPad mini and desktop however. Not at all sure how this could be the case unless it is an issue with the update. The iPad is up to date and opens the files fine. The laptop is also up to date and cannot open files. Oddly, the desktop has not been updated but opens files fine...?
Any thoughts?
Wait, it gets better. Appears to be an iCloud drive issue, as i can copy the file that won't open to the desktop and then open it. Fun!
Assuming the issue is iCloud related, I turned of iCloud data sync, turned it back on, allowed files to resent, the rebooted. Issue seem solved for me. Might try that if your docs are on iCloud.
unfortunately my files are on my desktop...
I solved my problem. Used disk utility and did the repair permission...
It is working now.

Unfortunately, fixing disk permissions is not an option with El Capitan.
