my iPhone 6 compass calibrates then freezes and won't rotate to find compass north on true or magnetic. I have checked the lock is off, any answers Apple or other users? Thanks

My iPhone 6 compass will freeze and not move. The only way for me to get it working again is to go settings, go to compass and, if yours is acting as mine does, the setting will be for "true north". Turn this off and exit compass and settings and restart (reboot) your phone. Mine will work on both true north and magnetic north setting for a while but, if left on true north setting for a while, it will refreeze.
