My iMac won't let me shut down. It gives me a message to quit mail. When I try to quit mail, the quit tab isn't highlighted so can't quit mail. What can I do?
My computer gives me an error message that "mail" won't let me shut down, and to "quit" mail in order to shut down. When I go to "quit" mail, the "quit" tab isn't highlighted so won't let me click on it. How can I shut down?
