iphone 5c shown as "unknown device" on device manager

hey guys i have a problem , when i connect my iphone 5c on my laptop (windows 7) it says "code 43 error" and some other things.Computer shows that my iphone is a UNKNOWN DEVICE , how to fix this fvcking problem ;/ (secondhand iphone5c).
