iPod shuffle 4th gen syncing problem
My iPod shuffle 4th gen don't sync music from iTunes. I am having Windows 7 professional. Always getting same error message: unknown error occurred (-5000).

It looks like this is an error with Microsoft's antivirus. I would suggest disabling it and attempting to sync your device to see if that solves your problem.
