Safari won't allow websites to ask permission for Push Notifications

For some reason, Safari has the option that allows websites to ask for permission ON, but the list is empty. And because of that, I'm not getting any notifications with the Center (Facebook, etc) I've already added my facebook account in the Accounts preferences, everything seems OK, but for some reason nothing happens, and the list in Safari is empty. As if no one ever asked permission.

And yes, at a certain time, the notifications worked just fine. But it just stopped working for no apparent reason.

I'm using Mavericks 10.9.5 and Safari 7.1.5 (9537.85.14.17)

Thanks in advance.
