Can't Re-Order the Songs in any Playlists on Mac / iTunes

Ever since downloading Yosemite 10.10.3 (14D136) ... I no longer can re-order the songs in my playlists (that I've been able to re-order for years).

And shuffle is turned off.

Any thoughts?
