Spin the "From On High" Particle Emitter

Have been using FCP X for a long time and having no problems.

However, I am having a hard time getting going in Motion 5.

I could use some times on the following task:

I am trying to develop a clip which has a rotating spotlight, much like you would see outside a theater in the old Hollywood premiers.

I think the From On High particle emitter is the way to start, but I cannot seem to make it Spin around a fixed center point.

Any suggestions?

I don't think this is hard, but I am just having a difficult time getting started in Motion 5.

Any other suggestions for this idea?
