contact app IOS - We need photos of contact / tile view

Hi - in future versions of contacts - could we get additional features?

1) can we add photos of the contacts? similar to that of the messages view. (i.e. in imessage, i can see a list of all contacts with their photos)

2) also can we get a tile view of all the contacts? not just the list view?

3) there should be an easier way to filter by category / type? - i have categorized by "Personal" contact / "Work" contact - or perhaps by Company?
