Q: iTunes problem

iTunes will load when I start my computer, but if I x out of it, it doesn't come up unless I restart my computer, then when I do get into iTunes I click on refresh button to update podcast's they won't update unless I unsubscribe then subscribe to each podcast. iTunes store won't come up sometimes or it takes a long time to load.
