Q: manual backup not working. just shows backing up in progress then stated could not be completed. i have the space and i have it plugged in and wi fi connection. please help

Manual backup will not complete and auto as well. Just states can not complete. I have plenty of space, plugged into power and good wi fi connection. Please help
