I bought a SD movie bundle, but I want the HD bundle, can I replace it with the HD version

I bought a SD movie bundle and now I want them in HD. I was wondering if there was any way to purchase them for less instead of having to but the whole bundle again in HD. Like maybe if the HD bundle costed $50 and the SD costed $30 then I could play $20 instead of $50 for the whole bundle again? Something sort of similar to complete my album in iTunes, or something along those lines?

No, if you want the HD bundle then you will have to pay the full price, there isn't a discount for having bought it in SD.

If you've only just bought the SD version then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund you so that you can buy the HD version instead : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
