Garageband and Melodyne keep crashing.

I have the current update of 10.0.3, 4 Gb, I have melodyne assistant and I haven't put the transfer from Garageband to Melodyne in a audio format, I just press transfer on melodyne and press play on Garageband and hey presto! I do all of the requirements to autotune a file, so if anyone has anything or knows how to cure this problem it will be greatly appreciated.
