How to setup FaceTime so I can send and receive calls?

I'm having issues setting up my mac to make outgoing and receive incoming calls.

I've opened Facetime preferences on my mac and I don't see where I can toggle the option to "allow iphone cellular calls" (See attached ScreenShot).

Any suggestions / tips / tricks?

Thanks!User uploaded file

This still isn't working. I've signed out from all of my devices.

And signed back in? you are using the Same Apple ID?

Your iPhone number appears as an option under "You can be reached by FaceTime At" on the iPhone?

Is it showing up under that same section in FaceTime on the Mac?

Are you signed into the same iCloud account on both devices?
