Airplay video only, and keep audio.

Hello,

I am retired USMC with a hearing disability. The stuff I watch is on appleTV. If I turned up the TV volume as loud as I need it, I would cause everyone to go crazy, so I'm trying to listen with my headphones. I asked the google to search the interwebs, but he didn't find any help.

I have a TV, appleTV (version 2, I think), and MBP (Late 2014).

Using the combinations of these three devices, I am hoping to watch video through the appleTV, but listen to the video with the headphones that I plug into my MBP.
