Remove the Itunes that blocks turning on my Iphone

When i turn on my Iphone 4s, it appears the Itunes logo with the dock connector symbol. How can I remove it, in order to turn on my Iphone. Thanks.

Your phone is in recovery mode. You must connect it to a computer with iTunes and restore the device to factory settings.

I tried to do it , but it shows me error. I tried to do it, because my Iphone 4s keeps showing me the apple logo like flash and it was not turning on. Is another way to get out of this recovery mode manually?
