Q: I can't sign-in to my App store from my iPhone !!

Hi All,

I can't sign in to my App store from my iPhone even if I type in the correct UserName and Password. Basically, It does nothing. There is no Error. However, I can sign-in to Apple website using the same user and password.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

I have the same issue, the login does not respond withthe correct info. Were u able to resolve the isue

Are you trying to sign in the correct place?
Go to main itunes page bottom of page .
Your Apple ID Sign out then sign back in .
