iTunes complaining about local file, then playing in the cloud

When I play a song, I get an error that iTunes cannot find the local file, then if I hit cancel it plays it from the cloud.


Is there a way to stop this?

Mac Pro (Early 2009), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
