My iCloud Photo Library has not synced from my phone in 7 days. It says to connect to wifi (which I am constantly on and on right now) but will not sync any photos.
When I go to the iCloud tab in settings, it shows 32 photos to sync, starts to sync them, but then stops the upload and goes back to showing 32 photos to sync.
