Access to itunes, music not in cloud

Hoping I can get some help, I haven't connected my iPod to iTunes for a long time.

First of all my computer crashed, secondly my backup of my music on external harddrive crashed too.

I haven't worried in the past, but would like to combine my iCloud music with music that is currently only stored on my iPod, is this possibly? or do I need to start my music collection again?
