I'm trying to quit iPhoto but it says, "Cannot quit Photos while it is creating or opening a library." And I never tried to create or open a library..
It won't let me shut off my computer or restart it.
MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2013)
Apple menu ==> force quit
LN
Apple menu ==> force quit

iPhoto won't quit
