Opinions on Early 2011 15" MacBook Pro?

I currently have a mid-2009 13" MacBook Pro that's starting to get a little long in the tooth. I have a friend who is also upgrading and I have an opportunity to get an Early 2011 15" MacBook Pro (2.0GHz model) for a good price.

I think by the time I sell my 13" MBP, I think the upgrade would cost me between $50-150 depending on how much I could get for my old MBP.

Spec-wise it seems like a decent upgrade from the model I have now but I'd like to hear some opinions on whether it would be worth the upgrade or whether there are any problems associated with that model of MBP.
