That is not a function of the MacBook Pro but of the Windows version. Office '10, probably the new '13, but check the compatibility with your Windows version.
Yosemite can run any of those 3 Windows versions
I want to install Windows using boot camp, but I am not sure if Windows 7 or 8 can be used.

I misunderstood the original question and was thinking in terms of applications FOR Windows instead of the version of Windows itself.
But agree with Phil that those Windows versions will all work.
