I have an iPad Air that has run through Apple Configurator and has redeemed app licenses, but wont appear in the Supervised list.
I appears in the Prepare list, and when I try to Prepare it, it says it can't redeem codes and fails to Supervise.
How can I fix this without losing the vpp license codes already installed on it?
