Macbook pro overheating after latest updates

I did the most recent security updates today.

Immediately following the restart, My computer began getting really hot.

I can't figure out anything that would be causing this.

My computer normally runs at around 160 F.

But the fan began going nuts and my temperature is now at 212 F.

If I put the fan on max it will cool down to 199 F.
