Help!!

WWhen I turned my iPhone 6 plus on, it has began to talk to me ( never did before) the lock screen will not accept my passcode, meaning it will not display the numbers and let me in the phone at all!! Help

iPhone 6 plus-OTHER, iOS 8.3

Accessibility feature on your device is enabled. To disable it, you should unlock your screen, go to Settings > General > Accessibility.. Or, you can do the same on using iTunes on PC.

if u have connected the device to iTunes recently voice over option can be turned on and off from iTunes too.
