Q: In Need Of A Little Help?

Okay, so when I first got my iPhone 5 I synced it with the laptop to which at the time was fully functioning and now is worthless and now incapable of using.  So my question to you guys is, how do I unsync the photos on my phone from the old laptop off of my phone?  It won't give me the option on my new laptop.
