Message is not delivered on imessage(Mac yosemite)

My mac(yosemite) is not allowing me to deliver messages in my mac..plz suggest me with best alternatives..i am tired of doing many things like log out,restart etc.

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
