iTunes keeps opening on its own. When I try to close out, it says "One or more applications are using the iTunes scripting interface", how do I fix this?

I have looked at the preferences, and nothing there would help to fix the problem.

I do not have anything plugged in to open iTunes.

It is driving me insane and I do not know anything to fix the problem.

I fixed my own problem. iTunes was connected to an app called iFunBox. I closed out of it completely, and now iTunes is no longer opening on its own or saying that one or more applications are using the interface. I feel dumb.
