very less volume at iPhone 6+

i have iPhone 6 plus. bought last year in nov. call volume is very less via earpiece, do you have experienced this problem either?

home screen is also freezing and i lock screen is not put on while in pocket, it is connecting lot of calls of its own

do have faced these issues.
